  • 2 stock cube

  • 3 chicken breast

  • 1 large onion

  • 2 tins chopped tomato

  • 4 pork sausage

  • 350g rice

  • 3 cloves garlic


  1. Chop chicken and sausages into bite size pices, slice the onion and crush the garlic.
  2. Fry off the chicken and onions for a few minutes until onions are soft.
  3. Add the sausages and rice to the pan and enough stock to cover the rice. Add the tomatoes and stir well
  4. Bring to the boil then turn to simmer, add more stock as needed and simmer until rice is tender and chicken and sausages cooked through.

Handy Hint

Stir frequently almost like risotto, only add a little stock at a time to ensure the end dish is not too wet.
