  • 1 handful cheddar grated

  • 2 chicken breast cut into fingers

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 handfuls cornflakes crushed


  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Place the cornflakes into a shallow bowl and mix in cheese.
  3. Dip chicken pieces into butter first, then into cornflake/cheese mixture.
  4. Arrange chicken on a greased baking tray.
  5. Bake for about 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done. Turn chicken half-way through to ensure even browning.
