Apricot and almond smoothie

  • 1 nutmeg grated

  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed (optional)

  • 250ml fresh orange juice

  • 200g natural bio yoghurt you can also use soya yoghurt to make it dairy free

  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds

  • 5 fresh apricots (can use tinned in natural juice)


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well mixed.
  2. Serve chilled with a few ice cubes.
