  • 3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

  • 1 tsp ginger crushed

  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 250g noodles (or enough for four)

  • 1 handful fresh basil chopped

  • 1 packet of stir fry vegetables

  • 1 handful peanuts crushed

  • 100ml water


  1. Make the satay sauce by mixing together the water, peanut butter, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
  2. Cook the noodles as per pack ingredients. Drain well.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and add the ginger and then add the stir fry vegetables and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Add the soft noodles.
  4. Pour in the satay sauce and mix together.
  5. Serve topped with chopped peanuts and fresh basil.
