  • 1 tbsp spring onion finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tin tuna

  • 300g tinned no added salt or sugar sweetcorn

  • 1 pinch herbes de Provence


  1. Drain the juices of both tins, combine in a bowl with the other ingredients using a fork to nicely flake the tuna. Season with pepper.
  2. Serve on fresh bagel or in a sandwich.

Handy Hint

If you don't mind washing up, put all ingredients in a food processor and whizz for a few seconds.
