  • 4 tsp runny honey

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 large oranges juiced

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Place chicken into a baking dish and drizzle a teaspoon of honey over each breast.
  3. Mix together the juices and soy sauce in a dish and pour over the chicken.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for about 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve with rice and green beans.

Handy Hint

Don't waste the lovely sauce, pour it over the chicken when you serve up.
