  • 1 handful cheese grated

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp small pasta shapes

  • 200g frozen or fresh vegetables


  1. Cook the pasta and vegetables in a pan of boiling water until the vegetables are ready to eat.
  2. Drain.
  3. Melt a decent knob of butter in the pan.
  4. Put the pasta and veg back in the pan with the melted butter and add the cheese.
  5. Stir until the cheese has melted and serve.

Handy Hint

Use different coloured vegetables to make it look interesting and appetising.
