1 plain flour
2 large free range eggs
- Heat oven to 240C.
- Put the eggs in a measuring jug (usually comes to 100ml mark) and then add the same again of plain flour (comes to 200ml mark) and same again of milk (comes to 300ml mark).
- Whisk together and put in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
