  • 1 milk

  • 1 plain flour

  • 2 large free range eggs


  1. Heat oven to 240C.
  2. Put the eggs in a measuring jug (usually comes to 100ml mark) and then add the same again of plain flour (comes to 200ml mark) and same again of milk (comes to 300ml mark).
  3. Whisk together and put in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
  4. Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
