  • 2 tins red kidney bean (in water)

  • 1/3 blocks coconut cream

  • 3 spring onions chopped

  • 1 splash cream

  • 2 sprigs thyme


  1. Put the kidney beans in a saucepan with the spring onions, thyme and coconut cream.
  2. Add 4 tins' worth of water.
  3. Bring to the boil then simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Partially blend (or fully blend for wee ones).
  5. Add a swirl of cream.

Handy Hint

Add a little chili to make it more of an adult dish.
