2 tins red kidney bean (in water)
1/3 blocks coconut cream
3 spring onions chopped
1 splash cream
2 sprigs thyme
- Put the kidney beans in a saucepan with the spring onions, thyme and coconut cream.
- Add 4 tins' worth of water.
- Bring to the boil then simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Partially blend (or fully blend for wee ones).
- Add a swirl of cream.
Add a little chili to make it more of an adult dish.
