Fifteens - cherry and coconut biscuits

  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • 1 tin condensed milk

  • 15 cherry

  • 15 marshmallows

  • 15 digestive biscuits


  1. Crush the biscuits up with a rolling pin.
  2. Chop the cherries and marshmallows and add to the crushed digestives in a bowl, then add the condensed milk and mix with a wooden spoon.
  3. Scatter the desiccated coconut over some greaseproof paper, then tip out the biscuit mixture and roll into a log-shape.
  4. Cover the log of biscuit with tin foil and put in the fridge for one hour to set, then cut into slices to eat.
