  • 15ml milk

  • 1 tin sweetcorn

  • 4 eggs

  • 50g peas cooked (or carrots)

  • 125g freshly cooked rice

  • 1 tsp butter


  1. Beat the eggs with the milk.
  2. Melt the butter in saucepan and cook the egg mixture until lightly scrambled.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the cooked rice, sweetcorn and peas or carrots.
  4. Heat through and serve.

    This is nice enough but to be honest normal special or egg fried rice is nicer and easier to make. I added some paprika to mine to give it extra flavour.
