  • 1 spinach

  • 150g cheese grated

  • 300g salmon cut into bite-size chunks

  • 300g haddock cut into bite-size chunks

  • 1kg potatoes peeled and cut into chunks

  • 125g prawns

  • 1 carrot peeled and grated


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas Mark 6 and bring a large pan of salted water to the boil.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add your potatoes and cook for around 12 minutes.
  3. Add the salmon and smoked haddock to the tray with the prawns
  4. Add some salt and pepper and spinach.
  5. Mash the potatoes with a bit of oil until nice and smooth, then spread evenly over the top of the fish and grated veg.
  6. Place in the preheated oven for around 40 minutes, or until cooked through, crispy and golden on top.
