  • 3 tbsp golden syrup or honey

  • 150g oats

  • 75g pumpkin seeds or sunfower seeds

  • 100g butter

  • 2 banana mashed

  • 100g dried apricots chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Line a 19x19cm tin with baking parchment.
  3. Melt the butter and golden syrup in a pan. Remove from the heat and add the bananas, apricots, rolled oats and seeds and mix well.
  4. Spoon into tin and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool and then cut into 10 squares, ready to pop into a lunchbox.
