  • 1 pinch curry powder to taste

  • 1 bowl prawns cooked

  • 1 packet of naan breads

  • 1 jar raita

  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  1. Mix cooked prawns with lemon and curry powder, put to one side.
  2. Cut naan into bitesize pieces. Spread each with mango chutney. Add a few prawns and top with a dollop of raita.

Handy Hint

People go NUTS for these. They are ideal before a curry instead of usual bhajis.
