  • 10g mayonnaise

  • 1 tin tuna

  • 3 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tin garden peas or sweet corn

  • 1 pinch ground cardamom

  • 1 pinch chilli powder

  • 1 tsp virgin olive oil


  1. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a small to medium pan then add the tuna.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and mix in with tuna until soft and mushy then add the peas or sweet corn and then finally add chilli powder, green cardamom and the garam masala.
  3. Simmer for 2 minutes, then serve and enjoy.

    well one night in my mums house we didnt have nothing in the cupboards apart from them ingrediants so i started to mash them to gether and came up with this its a murky green/brown when finished but dont let the sight block the taste
