1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp quick-cook porridge oats
1 tbsp raisins or sultanas
1 banana (sliced)
- Combine the oats and milk in a small pan.
- Bring to the boil, stirring, then add the raisins.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes to cook the oats through.
- Add cinnamon if using and stir in banana.
- Put into a serving bowl and cool for a few minutes before serving as the oats get very hot!
Excellent for breakfast or a light supper.
