I adapted this from various flapjack recipes, it is my healthier version as there is less butter/sugar ratio to oats/museli than many flapjack recipes. It is difficult sometimes to find chocolate museli so you may need to add normal with choc chips. It has a scrummy chocolate kick to it which my kids love and my friends and family love them too.
