  • 1 smoked sausage ring sliced 1cm thick

  • 150ml sour cream

  • 10 button mushrooms sliced

  • 1 onions chopped


  1. Heat some oil or butter and fry the onion, mushrooms and sausage together until softened and golden.
  2. Add the soured cream and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add a little bit of water if it is too thick or not saucy enough.
  3. Garnish with parsley.
