Serves: 4
Ingredients
-
3 eggs
-
3 cloves garlic crushed
-
1 broccoli
-
1 handful dry breadcrumbs
Method
- Grate the broccoli and mix with 2-3 eggs depending on the size of your broccoli. I use two eggs for a medium sized broccoli and three for a large one.
- Add the crushed garlic, seasoning and some breadcrumbs to combine it all together. If the mix is too dry, add another egg, water or a bit of milk.
- Form small balls and roll them in some breadcrumbs.
- Fry at 170C until golden. Can be served hot or cold.
Handy Hint
I usually fry one 'football' first just to check the seasoning.
