  • 1 handful strawberries sliced

  • 1 handful raspberries

  • 1 handful raspberries

  • 125g chocolate yoghurt or use toffee flavour

  • 1 chocolate bar soft, eg: milky way/finger of fudge, sliced

  1. Put several slices of the chocolate bar into the bottom of 2 bowls.
  2. Cover with the fruit, reserve a couple of pieces. Divide the yoghurt between the 2 bowls and pop the reserved fruit on the top for decoration.

Handy Hint

The chocolate bar is best sliced when cold so pop in the freezer for 10 minutes first.

Obviously the chocolate at the bottom is not essential but is a nice treat now and again. It is my daughter Daisys favourite pudding and the only way she will ever eat strawberries and raspberries! Quick and easy, nice summer dish.
