  • 1 tsp caster sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 225ml warm water

  • 1 1/4 tube of tomato puree

  • 7g dried yeast (fast acting)

  • 375g plain flour


  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the water and mix to form a dough then shape to make the base.
  2. Add your tomato puree and then your toppings of choice.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 190C/Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes.
