  • 30 cocktail cherries

  • 150ml whipped cream (or aerosol cream)

  • 850g custard (canned)

  • 256g red jelly (2 blocks)

  • 850g lychees in syrup (canned)

  • 2 chocolate flakes crumbled


  1. Prepare jelly as instructed and pour into individual glasses.
  2. Push cherries into the holes in the middle of the lychees, put three in each glass, chill until set.
  3. Top with custard, then the cream and sprinkle the crumbled flake on top to finish.
