  • 1 onion peeled and sliced

  • 1 handful fresh parsley

  • 1 clove garlic crushed

  • 100g chorizo skinned and sliced

  • 100-200g pasta

  • 200g roasted peppers


  1. Boil pasta according to packet instructions.
  2. Fry garlic, onion and chorizo in oil, and gently add the peppers.
  3. When the pasta is done, drain and mix through with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle parsley over the top.
  5. Eat in pyjamas on the sofa.

Handy Hint

Great meal when you have nothing fresh in.
