Very tasty! I used fresh pineapple, cut the carrots to about the same size as the pineapple pieces and substituted some of the green pepper for red. I only needed 2 teaspoons of cornflour for thickening, and just to say the chicken doesn't need to be pre seared, it was lovely and tender with plenty of flavour from the sauce. Clean plates all round.
