Pan-fried goat's cheese wrapped in Parma ham

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

  • 8 slices parma ham

  • 4 individual goat's cheeses

  • 1 handful wild rocket


  1. Place 2 slices of Parma ham flat on a board and place the cheese in the centre.
  2. Fold the ham around the cheese and press down firmly until you have a small parcel.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, and pan fry for 2 minutes on each side until the ham is golden brown.
  4. Serve with rocket salad and drizzle with oil and vinegar.

Handy Hint

This can be a starter for a dinner party or a light lunch.

My children love this as long as the cheese is not too strong.

    This is a firm favourite with all the family and is fantastic for entertaining. Really easy to make and looks great on the plate.
