  • 2 tbsp chocolate spread heaped

  • 3 chocolate brioche fingers (I use the Go ones)

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 handful nuts or your favourite chocolate (optional)

  1. Cut brioche in half lengthways and lay one layer over the bottom of a small loaf cake tin.
  2. Slice the banana lengthways and layer on top. Put in the sauce and then the final layer of brioche. You can either leave it or add whatever chocolate on the top.
  3. Place in middle of pre-heated oven at 180C. Takes 15-18 mins depending on toppings.

Handy Hint

I allways make too much as once refrigerated it goes lovely and crunchy!

This is a real cheat pud which tastes fab and goes down really well. Apart from the banana all the ingredients can be kept in the store cupboard for weeks. It takes no time at all so can be made as an additional pud if you get a real hungry group
