  • 250ml milk

  • 1 bag cheddar

  • 2 chicken breast

  • 1 pinch curry powder

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tin condensed chicken soup

  • 1 handful breadcrumbs

  • 1 broccoli


  1. Cook chicken and cut into small pieces along with the broccoli.
  2. In a separate bowl, empty contents of a can & a can full of milk.
  3. Add in a teaspoon of curry powder, and a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix it all up.
  4. Put chicken and broccoli into casserole dish and pour mixture over.
  5. Grate up some cheese mix with breadcrumbs and put on top of the mix.
  6. Cook for about 30 minutes until cheese on top is melted (the broccoli will cook in the sauce and should be nice and crunchy after the 30 minutes).

Handy Hint

Best with potatoes, but still good with pasta
