Tuna burgers

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 1 tin tuna drained

  • 3 medium potatoes peeled and diced

  • 1oz butter

  • 1 handful broccoli or sweet potato


  1. Boil potatoes. When fully cooked, mash them with a little butter and milk.
  2. Steam the vegetables until soft.
  3. Mash the vegetables and add to the mashed potato.
  4. Flake tuna into the potato/veg mixture.
  5. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  6. Form into burgers and fry in the oil until brown on both sides.
