Creamy lemon mushrooms

  • 1 tsp cream cheese

  • 0.5 cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 6 mushrooms

  • 1 splash lemon juice (to taste)


  1. Chop mushrooms into large chunks.
  2. Place garlic, lemon juice,garlic and butter in a high heated fry pan.
  3. Cook for 3 mins until mushrooms are soft but not slimy.
  4. Place in bowl and add cream cheese.

try adding spices or herbs to give a twist

    easy and quick nice if in a rush and good on toast for a more filling meal has a slight exotic twist with the lemon. I find I can make this in the adverts of a TV program.
