  • 1 eggs

  • 2 tsp harissa paste

  • 2 crispbakes

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 500g turkey mince

  • 1 onions

  • 1 handful Parmesan

  • 2 handfuls mixed frozen vegetables

  • 1 apples peeled and quartered


  1. Whizz up the onion, garlic, apple and mixed veg in a food processor.
  2. Mix beaten eggs and harissa into a paste.
  3. Add turkey mince, Parmesan and crispbakes crumbled into fine breadcrumbs. Mix well.
  4. Shape into sausages or burgers
  5. Bake at 190C for about 25 minutes.

Handy Hint

Good baby finger food. Can freeze before cooking stage. Nice served with potato wedges.

    Our DSs have never eaten any kind of meatball or burger yet, so I'm not surprised they didn't like them. DH and I thought they were delicious though. Would be lovely in a wrap with salad and mayo.
