  • 230ml plain yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 200g oats

  • 1 handful mixed berries (optional)

  • 2 tbsp pecans roughly chopped (I use pecan, but try hazel or almonds)

  • 230ml apple juice

  • 1 apples grated


  1. Soak the oats and nuts overnight in the apple juice.
  2. In the morning stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Handy Hint

You can really play around with this to get a taste you like. I prefer more yoghurt, and sometimes use greek yoghurt. Try adding sunflower seed to the soaking mixture. Can be made with dairy free yoghurt for vegan alternative. Can use rolled rice instead of oats for gluten-free version.
