  • 1 tin sweetcorn

  • 1 large butternut squash halved and deseeded

  • 1 tin petit pois


  1. Rub olive oil onto inside flesh of butternut squash before filling the hollow with corn and petit pois.
  2. Add a knob of butter. Season with salt and pepper. Close the two halves together.
  3. Wrap in tinfoil and bake on BBQ for an hour on a medium heat.

Handy Hint

Use a variety of veg for the stuffing. Add a hint of garlic too.
