Quick spaghetti with ham and peas

  • 1 handful ham

  • 1 handful frozen peas

  • 1 handful wholewheat spaghetti


  1. Start to cook the spaghetti.
  2. 4 minutes before the spaghetti is ready, add a handful of frozen peas to the water to let them cook too.
  3. Drain spaghetti and peas and return to pan and add knob of butter and chopped up ham. Stir and serve.

Handy Hint

You can change this dish by using salmon instead of ham. Incredibly quick for those rushed tea days.

    Not the most varied recipe but a great way of giving them slow release carbs at tea.
