Easy French onion soup

  • 1l beef stock

  • 25g butter

  • 4 medium onions

  • 1 beef OXO cube prepared via instructions


  1. Thinly slice onions and cook over gentle heat for 20 minutes in melted butter, or until softened and brown.
  2. Add stock and OXO cube and simmer for 30 minutes.

Handy Hint

Delicious with cheese on toast.
