  • 1 onion sliced

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp garam masala

  • 2 potatoes

  • 1 peppers chopped

  • 1 tbsp red chilli


  1. Boil potato until tender.
  2. Heat the pan and add spoons of oil and fry onion and capsicum until golden brown and add salt to taste, add garam masala, red chilli powder and potato.
  3. Fry for 10 minutes and serve with rice.
