Salmon, celeriac and dill dinner

By Odysseus



  • 1 tbsp double cream

  • 1 cayenne pepper chopped

  • 1 pinch dried dill

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 swede chopped


  1. Steam the salmon fillets, until cooked.
  2. Steam the chopped swede and celeriac until soft. Mash together with a dash of double cream.
  3. Flake the salmon between your fingers to check for bones and add to mashed vegetables.
  4. Serve.

Handy Hint

Add a good pinch of dried dill and mix altogether.
