1. Cheat with frozen

“Grab a bag of frozen berries from the supermarket. Take a block of decent white chocolate and break it into a pouring jug, and put a glug of cream in. Microwave until the chocolate is melted and it's a nice pouring consistency (add more cream if needs be). Serve frozen berries with the warm chocolate sauce to pour over them. It's delicious!”

Pour it into in a baking tray and stick in the oven for two to three minutes. That's it!.”
