Feeling good inside and out

This show is all about body confidence. Our host Kate Thornton will be joined in the studio by psychologist Dr Linda Papadopoulos and personal trainer Matt Roberts as they discuss how to look and feel good, inside and out. They'll discuss ways to boost your confidence, getting into shape with diet and exercise, society's obsession with women's bodies, as well as tips on how to stick to a healthier regime.

Feel good at any age - anti-ageing

This week we’re tackling anti-ageing. Whether young or old, it’s natural to notice the signs of ageing, but there’s no need to fear as there’s lots you can do. Dermatologist and anti-ageing expert Dr Nick Lowe MD will be discussing what you can do to protect, replenish and perfect your skin, eyes and body, and psychologist Emma Kenny will get you feeling younger and more confident in the skin you’re in! Whether it’s reducing the appearance of wrinkles, understanding what causes ageing, or confidence tips to get you feeling younger, our experts will be here to help you find the answers.

Our focus this week is on your top to toe MOT. We want to discuss any of your skin and hair care questions, from your hair down to your feet. Dr Sam Bunting, renowned dermatologist, will be on hand to answer any of your skin issues, and hair expert Trevor Sorbie will be here to help you sort out those locks so that you can achieve beautiful and healthy hair, every day. Whether you're worried about hair loss or thinning, or need advice on a skin issue you can't seem to shake, we're here to get you feeling good from top to toe.

The Beauty Boost – 14 April
This week's show is all about giving you the boost you need to get you looking and feeling beautiful. We'll be talking to renowned make-up artist Daniel Sandler about how make-up can help enhance your best features, and psychologist and confidence expert Emma Kenny will be discussing how to raise confidence in your appearance. So whatever your age, budget and circumstances we're here to give you some advice and a few simple tips to make you look good and feel good.

Happy days and nights (sleep, stress and energy) – 21 April
Our focus this week is on Sleep, Stress and Energy, three main areas that are so intrinsically linked but ones we can struggle with - especially when juggling a busy lifestyle. Behavioural Psychologist Emma Kenny and Sleep Expert Professor Colin Espie will be on hand to discuss any of your work/life balance issues, giving you helpful tips to combat everyday stress, helping you get to sleep at night, and maintaining great energy throughout the day.

With summer just around the corner, we're all getting ready to get out there into the sun and the holidays! Whether you're staying in the UK or heading further afield, check out our top tips to prepare for a summer of sun (or so we hope). Our experts will be on hand to impart the best summer health and beauty advice, GP Dr Rob Hicks will impart the essential health advice that you will need while in the sun and on holiday, and Michelle Mone, founder and CEO of Ultimo and creator of body-sculpting skincare ranges Usculpt and Utan, will give you the tips to get your beach body ready. We're here to let you embrace your summer with joyful abandon, so pull the cord, jump right in, and get out there!
