Rosie and Evie's strawberry ice cream cups

3 chopped bananas

100g mashed up strawberries

3 tablespoons of Milbona Greek-style yoghurt

Archie's peanut butter and honey ice cream cups

3 chopped bananas

5 tablespoons of McEnnedy Smooth Peanut Butter

2 tablespoons of Highgate Fayre Clear Honey

2 tablespoons of Milbona Greek-style yoghurt

Method (makes 4)

Blitz in a food processor until blended, then pour into individual cups - this mixture should make four ice creams - and pop into the freezer.

Voila! They only take about an hour and a half to freeze. You can eat them straight out of the cups or (a job for the grown-ups) cut them out of the plastic cups and dish them up so you can add your favourite toppings.

For toppings, we used:

Fin Carré white chocolate - melted

Fin Carré milk chocolate - melted

Tower Gate digestive biscuits - crushed

Fresh strawberries
