P&GWe are delighted to partner with Mumsnet on the Family Friendly programme. This is a truly exciting programme which we believe can make a real difference. It is a natural extension of what we do as a business, the values we stand by and the role we can play in supporting families; both as a business with our consumers and as a company with our employees.

For more than 175 years P&G has been in the business of helping mums and families. We're probably best known for the brands we make and they're all designed to make life a little better or just a little easier for the family, usually for mum. Whether it be a better laundry detergent like Ariel or the Fairy liquid that her Nan swore by. Maybe a better Pampers nappy for her little one or the Flash cleaning wipes she trusts on the breakfast bar. Or it might be the Olay skin cream, Pantene shampoo or Max Factor makeup she loves because it helps her feel great.

We see it as our purpose as a company. Our brands touch the lives of more than four billion people around the world. Our flagship corporate campaign around our partnership with the Olympics is to be the "Proud Sponsor of Mums". Our support of mums and families is also the guiding force of our philanthropic work here in the UK and around the world. Through campaigns like our 1 pack = 1 vaccine Pampers UNICEF programme to help eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus or our Future Friendly sustainability initiative to help families make small changes to improve their environmental impact and save money, we're doing what we can to make a difference.
