Unbelievably easy pizza dough

Two ingredients and no kneading - this has to be the quickest, easiest way to make your own pizza dough at home. Just add your favourite toppings, bake and devour. Job done.

  • One cup of greek yoghurt
  • One cup of flour
  • Any toppings you like! We used tomato and basil passata, spinach and mozzarella. 


  1. Combine one cup of self-raising flour with one cup of greek yoghurt and mix together to form a dough.
    On a floured surface, roll out the dough to make your pizza base.
    Add toppings (we went for tomato passata, spinach and mozarella) and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. Tah-dah!
