Win a Premier League Trophy visit to your child's school, plus a book box

Rio Ferdinand's school visit

To celebrate the return of their Writing Stars poetry competition for five to 11-year-olds, the Premier League are offering one lucky Mumsnetter the chance to win a Premier League Trophy visit to their child’s primary school, plus a Premier League Primary Stars book box.

You could win a Premier League Trophy visit for your child’s primary school. The half day visit will include a Premier League Trophy assembly for either your child’s class or the whole school – giving everyone the chance to see the prize currently held by Premier League Champions, Manchester City FC, as well as ample time for photographs.

Rio Ferdinand

Did you know?

The design of the Premier League Trophy is based on the theme of ‘the Three Lions of English Football’. Two of the lions can be found above the handles on either side of the trophy. When the captain of the title winning team raises the trophy (and its gold crown) above his head at the end of the season, he becomes the third lion.

Here's the trophy in all its glory.*

The prize also includes a Premier League Primary Stars book box bursting with 15 brilliant titles from well-known authors, including Dan Freedman and Cressida Cowell.
