Book giveaway: Do Less, Get More by Sháá Wasmund
This giveaway is sponsored by Penguin Life
Studies suggest that most people are happiest before the age of twenty-five - and that they don't reach the same level of happiness again until after sixty-five. For the forty years in between, we’re stuck in a state of ‘making do’. It doesn’t have to be this way.
In Do Less, Get More, Sháá Wasmund MBE reveals that the key to fulfilment isn’t doing more, it’s doing what matters. This life-changing book gives you the tools to ditch your to-do list and follow your dreams. Anything is possible when you stop trying to do everything at the same time.
Do Less, Get More is designed for those with short attention spans and tight schedules. It provides inspiration and practical ways to create change now, such as:
- Exercises to help you identify your strengths, and
tips on how to use them
- Combatting the ‘disease to please’ with advice on
how to stop being all things to all people and focus on what you do best
- The power of saying no and how to do it without
- Encouragement to let go of control, ask for help
- Tricks and tips to unlock your confidence and turn
fear into freedom
- Time-management tips to give more space for the
things you love: filter, prune, prioritize and focus
