#StartsWithHello - Action for Children are campaigning to end the stigma around loneliness

Join us for our #StartsWithHello Twitter party with Action for Children and The Jo Cox Commission on Loneliness on Tuesday 21 November 1-2pm and you could win a £25 House of Fraser Foundation voucher.

So much about being a new parent is magical: tiny toes and first smiles, watching your baby grow and develop their own little personality. But, if we’re honest, there’s also a lot about parenthood that is actually really hard.
Some of these challenges, like screaming toddlers and sleep deprivation, are well documented and easy to talk about. But some, like how lonely and isolating parenthood can be, are not. Which is why on World Hello Day, Tuesday, 21 November, from 1-2pm we'll be teaming up with Action for Children for a Twitter party to talk about being lonely as a parent.

Join us to share your experiences of loneliness and what helped you overcome it. What's more, everyone who joins in the Twitter party and uses the hashtag #StartsWithHello will be entered into a prize draw to win a £25 voucher from House of Fraser Foundation.
