Weaning recipe: Mango, peach and banana purée
This vibrant purée is delicious to make when peaches are in season – they are a good source of vitamin C and are easy to digest – and the three fruits combine well together
- 1 small ripe mango
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1 medium banana
- Peel, stone, and chop the fruit.
- Put the chopped fruit in a food processor and blend.
- Serve fresh, or freeze for later.
