Weaning recipe: Mango, peach and banana purée

This vibrant purée is delicious to make when peaches are in season – they are a good source of vitamin C and are easy to digest – and the three fruits combine well together


  • 1 small ripe mango
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1 medium banana


  1. Peel, stone, and chop the fruit.
  2. Put the chopped fruit in a food processor and blend.
  3. Serve fresh, or freeze for later.
