Body 1
Pregnant women often need extra iron to keep up their levels of haemoglobin which carries oxygen around the body. If you are feeling tired and worn out, it could be that you are iron deficient.

You are more likely to become anaemic if you are pregnant with multiples, a vegetarian or if you have been vomiting from morning sickness.
