3 tbsp butter
10 mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 pinch flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
0.5 pint beef stock
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
200g low-fat crème fraîche
Melt half the butter and fry the mushrooms and onions until browned.
Remove from pan and put aside.
Coat the thinly sliced beef in seasoned flour, melt the remaining butter and fry the beef until brown.
Add the rest of the flour, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and then the crème fraîche.
Add the mushrooms and onions and simmer for 20 mins.
