Body 1
Walk the walk. It sounds simple but a good old-fashioned constitutional is a great idea in pregnancy. It counts as exercise, particularly if you up the pace a bit and are getting just a little breathless, but you don’t run the risk of pulling anything or falling over (unless you’re particularly clumsy).

A daily 20-minute turn around the block after dinner can help with all manner of things, from constipation to headaches, and will help to keep you fit. If you don’t have any already, invest in a decent pair of trainers so you can cover some real miles without shoes rubbing.

Each quote consists of the quote itself, plus the author. After the first one the rest are optional
Quote 1
I walk every day on my commute and try to go for a walk on my lunch break but haven't managed dedicated exercise for a while. I was relatively fit before pregnancy and had the best intentions of carrying on with exercise but now I can't even do a bit of gardening without having to take regular breaks.
Author 1
Quote 2
I'm trying to go for walks after dinner because it is helping the bloating and improving my sleep.
