Make up a batch of these Seedy Oatcakes and keep them in tin as a healthy alternative to a sugary pick-me-up when you’re feeling exhausted. They’re great on their own, or dipped in hummus or tzatziki.

  • 25g butter
  • 100g flour
  • 100g oatmeal
  • 50g mixed seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Rub the butter into the flour and the oatmeal.
  • Add the mixed seeds and salt.
  • Add cold water to bind if necessary.
  • Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes.
  • Cook on a medium griddle.
